We have a thorough application process which includes income verification, credit score, and national eviction/criminal background check.

• How much are utilities?

Electric typically averages around $60 per month. Water, sewer, and garbage together generally run around $60 per month. On average, residents can expect total utilities to be approximately $100 per month. We also charge a flat rate of $50/month for CFU Internet!

• What is your Pet Policy?

We allow pets for an additional non-refundable deposit of $200 and a monthly fee of $50 per pet.

• What is the Smoking Policy?

Brentwood Estates is a smoke-free environment. No smoking is allowed in the apartments or hallways.

• How many laundry facilities do you have?

Every hallway has its own washer and dryer on the top level. There are also additional washers and dryers at the Thunder Ridge office right down the road.

• Do you have furnished apartments?

Yes! If you are interested in a furnished/corporate apartment please call the office or click one of the furnished listings.

• Do you have garages available?

Yes, we do have garages available down the road at our Thunder Ridge property. Currently, garages range in price from $50-100/month. Please call or email the office to see if there are any openings!
