- When Thunder Ridge runs my application what is it checked for?
We have a thorough application process which includes income verification, credit score, and national eviction/criminal background check. There is a $45 application fee.
- How much are utilities?
Utilities are not included in rent. Electric typically averages around $60 per month. Water, sewer, and garbage together generally run around $60 per month. On average, residents can expect total utilities to be approximately $100 per month. Internet can be purchased for an additional cost through CFU.
- What is your Pet Policy?
We allow household pets for an additional non-refundable deposit of $200 and a monthly fee of $50 per pet. We allow 3 pets maximum per apartment.
- What is the Smoking Policy?
Thunder Ridge is a smoke-free environment. No smoking is allowed in the apartments or hallways.
- How many laundry facilities do you have?
Every hallway has its own washer and dryer on the bottom level. There are also additional washers and dryers at the Thunder Ridge office.
- Do you have furnished apartments?
Yes! If you are interested in a furnished/corporate apartment please call the office or click one of the furnished listings.
- Do you have garages available?
Yes, we do have garages available! Currently, garages range in price from $50-100/month. Please call or email the office to see if there are any openings!
- Where can I park?
There is a multiple parking lots around the buildings. Parking is first come, first serve. Street parking is also an option.
- How much is the security deposit?
The security deposit is required to be paid in full prior to a lease being signed. We charge a $600 security deposit that will be returned 30 days after your move out pending the condition of your apartment.
- What are your lease terms?
Typically, we offer a 12 month lease with the opportunity to renew. We do offer short term leases (3 month minimum) for an additional $50 per month. Month-to-month leases may be offered during a renewal for an additional $25 per month.
- Is renter's insurance required?
Yes! We require all tenants to have $100,000 worth of liability coverage. Proof of renter's insurance is required prior to move in. Tenants without proper renter's insurance will be charged a monthly fee of $14.50.
