We have a thorough application process which includes income verification, credit score, and national eviction/criminal background check.
- How much are utilities?
Electric typically averages around $60-80 depending on the amount of bedrooms/bathrooms. Water, sewer, and garbage together generally run around $60 per month. On average, residents can expect total utilities to be approximately $120 per month.
- What is your Pet Policy?
We allow pets for an additional non-refundable deposit of $200 and a monthly fee of $50 per pet.
- What is the Smoking Policy?
Rolling Meadows is a smoke-free environment. No smoking is allowed in the apartments or hallways.
- How many laundry facilities do you have?
Every hallway has its own laundry room with washers and dryers. We use the PayRange app, so payment can be completed on your phone and there are no quarters needed!
- Do you have garages available?
Yes, we do! Garages are an additional $65/month. Please call or email the office to see if there are any openings near your apartment!
